An appeal has gone to energy consumers of Baboko Business Unit of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company in Kwara State to cooperate with staff of the company in order to enable them discharge their legitimate duty.
The Unit Business Manager, Engineer Kayode Moyosade, who made the call during an interview with Royal Times correspondent, advised customers to visit the unit for any complain rather than harassing men on duty.
While urging consumers of the district to pay as at when due, he explained that customers have right to complain if they notice any mistake on their bills or other form of issues, noting that there is room for credit adjustment in case of any mistake.
According to him, the district had ensured effective supply of energy to the customers as it is received from the main distribution.
Speaking on estimated bill, Moyosade said estimated bill is calculated base on energy consumed in the area, noting that estimated bill was not just done on their own will.
