As part of effort her ongoing empowerment promo, Kwara state got its share of the multi millionaire dangote special third season’s promo tagged ” Dangote Cement ‘Bag of Goodies’ as three winners walked away with the star prize of five million naira each while five winners walked walked away with one million naira each.
Refrigerators, televisions , generators and other consolation prices had been won in the promo. He added that no raffle draw as all need to do is to spell dangote.
The prize-giving award held was one to remember as Olaoye Tunde Olaleye, Olugoke Kazeem, Bakare Rahmon Ademola walked away with five million each while Olorunfemi Julius Olaiya, Yinusa Semiu, Usman Agidingbni, Olajide Ayoola walked away with one million naira each.
In his statement, the south west regional sales director of dangote cement , Tunde Mobogunji said the idea behind the promo is to thank all consumers and Nigerian at large for patronising dangote cement. While adding that the promo commenced July and will end on October 2022, He urged the winers to use the money reasonably.
He described Alhaji Dangote as a man of excellence who he said apart from his desire to only put out the best products, he is a man concerned with the well-being of everyone in the value chain.
Speaking on the authenticity of the promo,the public affairs officer of Ilorin zonal office Bala ojile who represented the coordinator of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission Mr ozobialu henry said the promo was certified to run in accordance with the law of the commission.
His statement , Mr Olukayode akinbamidele , head route to market. Dangote cement said Dangote carry out the promo in order to empower Nigerians after covid 19 crisis. He said one hundred people are to win five million each , while five people will win one million each in the promo.
The winners who expressed their joy said they could not imagine themselves collecting five million and one million naira each from Dangote Cement. They however commended the company for the promo , describing the promo as social responsibility.
